Steady is a mobile app for retail investors to buy shares of income-generating commercial real estate. I was the sole designer of Steady’s landing page and their future investor dashboard. I also produced a new logo. All illustrations were created custom for this project.
The primary inspiration for Steady’s landing page was vintage pixel art games. I created a small mascot hoisting a flag on top of a building to represent the way Steady makes commercial real estate investment accessible and enjoyable for individuals
I designed a simple investment return calculator for the landing page with a turtle slider. This ties into Steady’s ethos/selling point for commercial real estate (”slow and steady wins the race”). The turtle motif makes another appearance in Steady’s logo, which also ties in pixel art aesthetics.
Dashboard
I also designed a series of investor dashboard screens for Steady’s future web platform that incorporate the black and indigo color palette. Vibrant greens and gradients make an appearance to bring attention to CTAs and important values across these screens.
